If you're not happy with Rocket Apply Pro within 7 days of your first payment, email us at support@rocketapply.co and we'll refund you in full.

  1. How to request

Email support@rocketapply.co with:

  • Your account email

  • Date of purchase

  • Brief reason (optional but helpful)

We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

  1. What's not eligible

  • Requests made after 7 days of initial purchase

  • Renewal charges

  • Third-party payment processor fees

  1. Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription doesn't trigger a refund automatically. If you're within the 7-day window, contact us. Otherwise, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
